We have so many amazing senior students at Yoga & Inner Peace. Adelia, 90+, the mother of Diana, one of our teachers, comes down from Kentucky each winter. She comes to class e week. As you can see from the photos, she is truly fantastic. NEW STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE: Each person goes at his or her own pace. Adelia is more flexible than many student a fourth her age!!! We always advise our students to listen to their body and stop when their body says stop. CLICK on the photos to enlarge.
Adelia passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at the ripe old age of 90. She was a truly remarkable and wonderful lady. She will be missed by all of those who were blessed enough to know her. Please remember her in your prayers.
