What to Expect Time-Wise

This course works! It makes you feel good - not just physically, but, more importantly, mentally and spiritually.

Here are the basics:

Meditations: Teacher trainees are required to attend 6 AM meditation every Monday through Saturday. Trainees must also attend the Sunday evening 5:45 meditations and stay for the pot luck vegetarian feast afterward.

Yoga Classes: Trainees must attend a minimum of seven yoga classes (of their choosing) each week. One of these classes is the Sunday morning (9-11 AM) advanced class which is mandatory. Included in this seven: At least three classes each week will be assisting one of our teachers. These are minimum numbers. We suggest, if you have time, that you attend a lot more. It's like anything in life, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Bharata teaches Beginner's Yoga (the first four Wednesdays of each month). This is an excellent class for you to assist.

Sunday morning Karma Yoga and advanced class: 8 to 11 AM

Seminars - Tuesdays & Thursdays 7 - 9 PM

Please read all of the fly-out menus under teacher training. They will give you a detailed explanation of this Inward Bound Adventure!

"Yoga is a life of self-discipline. Yoga balances, harmonizes, purifies and strengthens the body, mind and soul. It shows the way to perfect health, perfect mind control and perfect peace with one's own Self, the world, nature and God."
