      What about coffee? I'm addicted to coffee; I can't give it up!
      We hear this so often Most people don't realize what a heavy drug coffee is ... until they try to get off of it. In all the years that we have training teachers, everyone who really wanted to do the course was able to stop coffee during the course. Sure, when you first stop ingesting caffein, you feel tired & sluggish. Do you think this is because of a lack of caffeen? Definitely not. It's a lack of proper rest. We strongly suggest you give up coffee as soon as possible. This will give your body a chance to demand the rest it needs. Try it!
      What about the other dietary restriction such as being vegetarian? I don't want to be a vegetarian. I need to eat meat, fish and eggs.
      Keep a slightly open mind. You don't have to believe any of this. There is no blind faith in yoga. Read the Food Revolution. It's an amazing book. It''s logical and extremely well researched. Do other research. Lastly, give it a fair try. You will definitely surprise yourself. This has worked for hundreds of people who have taken our course. Watch the videos and see the amazing results.
      I'm a night person. Six in the morning (meditation time) is an unreal time. Can I skip this part or just meditate at night?
      This structure of this course is not random. It is traditional yoga discipline that has been practiced for thousands of years. It is designed to optimize your inner peace, to give you as big a glimpse as possible at that seed of silence that is at the core of each and every one of us. Meditation is an integral part of that experience. Don't worry if you have never meditated before. During the first week or so of the course we take you through a guided meditation. Again, it's not about having a perfectly still, meditative experience. The practical discipline of this simple exercise each day has a cumulative effect.
