YOGA CLASSES |

At least seven yoga classes must be attended each week. If you have the time, it is excellent to attend two classes each day.
As long as you attend seven classes in a week, you don't have to go to class
each day (i.e. some days you can go to class 2 or more times). Advanced class counts as a class. Breathing class does not. Three of the classes must be as an assistant. It is
strongly suggested that you attend at least one of Bharata's classes each week. If you
cannot, please discuss this with him.
