YOGA CLASSES

At least seven yoga classes must be attended each week.  If you have the time, it is excellent to attend two classes each day.  As long as you attend seven classes in a week, you don't have to go to class each day (i.e. some days you can go to class 2 or more times).  Advanced class counts as a class.  Breathing class does not.  Three of the classes must be as an assistant.   It is strongly suggested that you attend at least one of Bharata's classes each week.  If you cannot, please discuss this with him.

MEDITATIONS

Attend morning  meditation each day including Saturday.   (Sunday evening meditation and potluck dinner are required)

SEMINARS

Seminars are held Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings from 7 to 10 PM.  Many seminars last three hours, but some are shorter.  All seminars are required.  No absences, no make-ups.

OTHER

SEMINARS

Students are required to attend the three-week (Tuesdays 7 - 8:30 pm)  meditation seminars. (included in tuition)

Students are also required to attend a Red Cross CPR and First Aid Course held one Saturday afternoon during the course.  If you have a current CPR certificate, you do not have to attend. (not included in tuition)
